About

At AdeHelps, we believe growth happens one skill at a time

We specialize in helping adults with autism gain practical, real-world abilities through personalized, structured support. Every plan we create is tailored to the individual, focusing on their goals, strengths, and long-term independence. Our services are delivered by Proof in Progress Inc, a licensed provider under Pennsylvania’s Adult Autism Waiver (AAW). We collaborate closely with Support Coordinators, families, and caregivers to ensure every participant’s progress is visible and meaningful.

Our Specialized Services

Our Specialized Skill Development program helps adults with autism gain and apply skills that improve everyday life — from home routines to community participation. Each service plan is individualized and built around three core components:

Systematic Skill Building (SSB)

We use evidence-based teaching strategies to break complex tasks into achievable steps. Our staff apply structured methods like modeling, prompting, and reinforcement to teach life skills such as:

Community Support (CS)

Through Community Support, we help participants practice independence in real-world settings, building confidence and comfort outside the home. Examples include:

Behavioral Specialist Services (BSS)

When behavioral challenges arise, our specialists step in to create personalized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) that promote stability and success.
